A Fully Parallel, Scalable Solution
Sciospec collaborated closely with the test engineering team to design a 512-channel potentiostat/galvanostat system specifically built to:
- Perform real impedance spectroscopy on each cell
- Handle conditioning cycles per unit
- Operate fully parallel, matching the battery tray layout
- Integrate smoothly with robotic handlers and automation systems
- Maintain lab-grade precision at production speeds

In R&D, we used a high-end potentiostat great results, but impossible to scale for the channel counts needed. With Sciospec, we achieved lab-grade impedance testing at full parallel throughput, integrated directly into our automation line. No other platform could have delivered this combination of performance, cost-efficiency, and integration-readiness

Start Small, Scale Big
For those just beginning to explore impedance-based component testing, Sciospec also offers standard, easy-to-use LCR and impedance analysis tools like the LCR-3 system designed for benchtop use, prototyping, or lab-scale QA.
These tools feature:
- Broad measurement ranges (mHz to MHz)
- High accuracy
- Modular port configurations
- Compatibility with our multiplexer and adapter ecosystem
They’re the ideal starting point, and they’re built on the same platform that powers our most advanced OEM systems meaning you can scale up when you’re ready without changing core technology.
